Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
By booking an appointment with 24 Hydration ATL, you authorize the card on file to be charged the $100 cancellation or no-show fee if the appointment is not cancelled within the required 24-hour notice period.
Same-day bookings are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Cancellations due to verified medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 24 Hydration ATL.
