To ensure availability for all clients and respect our medical professionals’ time, 24 Hydration ATL, LLC enforces the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will automatically incur a $100 cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time and location) will also result in an automatic $100 fee.

Payment Authorization

By booking an appointment with 24 Hydration ATL, LLC, you authorize the card on file to be charged the $100 cancellation or no-show fee if the appointment is not cancelled within the required 24-hour notice period.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day bookings are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

Medical Exceptions

Cancellations due to verified medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 24 Hydration ATL, LLC.
