By accessing our website, booking services, or receiving IV therapy from 24 Hydration ATL, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

24 Hydration ATL, LLC provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services administered by licensed registered nurses under the oversight of a licensed Medical Director. All services are provided following a medical intake and assessment to determine eligibility and appropriateness.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete all required medical intake forms honestly and accurately
• Be deemed eligible following a medical assessment

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact, location, and payment information.

All clients must complete a medical intake and undergo an assessment prior to receiving IV therapy. Services may be modified or withheld based on medical findings, safety considerations, or Medical Director protocols.

Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to service. We accept approved electronic payment methods.

IV therapy services are elective wellness services and are not covered by insurance.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• No-shows will also result in a $100 fee.

By booking an appointment, you authorize the card on file to be charged the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.

Same-day appointments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Due to the nature of IV therapy services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered.

If a service is not completed due to medical reasons as determined by our staff, adjustments may be considered at our discretion.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate medical and personal information
• Follow pre- and post-care instructions
• Be present at the scheduled time and location
• Notify staff of any changes to health status

Failure to comply may result in cancellation or refusal of service.

IV therapy involves minimal risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, or discomfort at the IV site. By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 Hydration ATL, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal and health information is collected and protected.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
